We strive to make high-quality templates to help you with your projects, but we are human and sometimes make mistakes.
Please carefully check your templates against your pattern pieces when you receive them. Let us know about any issues with your templates within 3 days of receiving. If there is an issue, please contact us and we will work with you to correct the problem.
Refunds are only allowed within 15 days of purchase as store credit only. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
In case of damaged or missing merchandise please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order and we will work with you to correct the problem.
All sales are final on Custom, Sale, or Clearance items.
There is a 10% re-stocking fee for cancelled template orders.
Template orders cancelled after you have been notified that your order is ready to ship will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. This 10% fee will be deducted from any refund given. All refunds are issued as credit to our online store.
No Refunds or exchanges on acrylic templates, patterns, custom orders, or cut-to-order fabric.
Items that are returned which received Free Shipping will have the actual cost of shipping deducted from any refund given. All shipping costs for exchanges or returns must be paid for by the purchaser.
REPLACEMENTS & DAMAGED ORDERS
If your package arrives damaged, you will be required to provide photo proof of the damaged item and packaging.
FILING A CLAIM: You can submit most insurance claims 24 hours after an order has shipped.
For orders that use USPS domestic shipping, you can submit a lost package claim 10 days after the shipping date. For orders that use USPS international shipping, you can submit a lost package claim 40 days after the shipping date.
After 15 days, you can no longer submit an insurance claim for any shipment.

All claim must include the following information to be processed:
- First and Last Name
- Order Number
- Shipping Address
- Proof of damage (2-3 clear images)
All damage claims can be submitted to email@example.com and if approved, you will receive a free replacement. All claims must be filed within 72 hours from delivery.
